Following the intense political debates in both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha over 75 years of Indian Constitutionnaga casino, parliament's winter session on Thursday witnessed fierce protests and counterprotests leading to blame games between BJP and Congress MPs over causing physical assaults and injuries to each other.
The entire political chaos stemmed from the war of words in connection with Union Home Minister Amit Shah's controversial "Ambedkar is the fashion" remark.

According to the Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju, two of BJP MPs - Pratap Sarangi and Mukesh Rajput - were "seriously injured" by Rahul Gandhi while Congress party supremo Mallikarjun Kharge wrote saying his knees had been hurt in the protests.
Sarangi was taken to hospital after getting injured i when the protesting INDIA bloc and the BJP MPs came face to face in front of Makar Dwar in Parliament.

— ANI (@ANI) December 19, 2024Intensifying his attack on Gandhi who reportedly holds a black belt in Japanese martial art Aikido, Rijiju continued, "Under which law does he have the power to physically assault other MPs? Have you learnt karate, kung fu, to beat other MPs?"

Further fueling the chaos, a BJP MP from Nagaland, Phangnon Konyak, also filed a complaint to the Rajya Sabha Chairman against Gandhi. Konyak in her letter accused Rahul Gandhi of misbehaving with her by standing too close and causing discomfort during the protests.
"I was standing just below the staircase of Makar Dwaar with a placard in my hand. The Security Personnel had cordoned and created a passage to the entrance right for the moment of Hon'ble MP's of other parties. Suddenly, the Leader of the Opposition, Shri Rahul Gandhi Ji along-with other party members came in front of me despite there being a passage created for them. He misbehaved with me in a loud voice and his physical proximity to me was so close that I, being a lady member, felt extremely uncomfortable," the MP said.

"I was trying to enter Parliament and the BJP MPs were stopping me, pushing me and threatening me," Gandhi told reporters in Parliament premises.
"This is the entry to Parliament, we have a right to go inside and the BJP members were stopping us from going inside", Gandhi alleged.

Several MPs of the INDIA bloc, including Congress leaders Kharge and Rahul Gandhi, staged a protest in Parliament premises on Wednesday demanding Home Minister Amit Shah's apology for his remarks which they claimed were an insult to B R Ambedkar.
